MJ Fagan transitioned from a successful career in digital marketing to commercial real estate brokerage in 2022. Right away, she hit the ground running, closing over ten transactions in her first few months. Specializing in North County commercial real estate, MJ focuses on the markets of Encinitas, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, and Escondido. She has quickly built strong relationships with key players in these areas, including landlords, tenants, and owners, thanks to her outgoing nature and direct approach to business.
