Logan is a Commercial Property Management Service Intern at Intersection, where he works alongside a team managing upwards of 25 office, retail, and industrial properties with over 100 tenants. In this role, he supports day-to-day operations including coordinating service contracts, processing purchase orders, reviewing lease abstracts, conducting property inspections, and assisting with budgeting and accounts payable. His contributions help ensure smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and property managers while maintaining the efficiency of each asset.
Logan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate at the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business, where he is building a foundation in finance, investment strategy, and property management. In addition to his academic and professional work, Logan is proactive in his career journey, actively working towards his California Real Estate License and IREM ACoM Certification.

Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Alfredo graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2022 with a degree in Urban Studies and a minor in Business Administration. Prior to joining Intersection, he worked as an investment analyst on the Debt Team at Amherst. Alfredo also served as a Senior Analyst at a multifamily investment firm in Austin, where he managed 27,000+ units across the Sunbelt Market and contributed to 90+ transactions totaling $1.7 billion, collaborating closely with both the transactions and asset management teams.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Alfredo enjoys exploring the hidden gems of his North Park neighborhood and San Diego’s beaches.

Outside of his professional life, Parker is committed to community service, participating in student leadership roles with YoungLife and the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
